Twice Blessed

"We prayed for a miracle and God gave us two!" If you visit the White family's home that quote will greet you as you enter their newest additions' nursery. Korey and Myranda, along with big sister Kylee, welcomed Khloee Allyson and Kinzlee Inez into their family on Monday, June 11th. The two precious baby girls' middle names were chosen to honor their parents' grandmothers. I had the honor of knowing Korey's grandmother, Mrs. Inez, and I know she would've just loved these two little angels to pieces.

Myranda and I talked at her maternity session (which can be seen here) that we would need to make sure the girls had different colored hairbows or different outfits on so I could tell them a part. Well, there was no need for that! Kinzlee has a head full of dark hair and her older sister Khloee has lighter and not as much hair. Both of them however, are equally beautiful! Kylee is a wonderful big sister and helped so much during our session. She did so awesome holding them and kissing each of them so gently!

Thank-you Korey and Myranda for allowing me to capture these sweet memories for your family. I hope that I get to see much more of those sweet babies and watch them grow!

Sweet Baby Braxton

This is one of my favorite parts of my job. I get to be a part of some of life's greatest moments. I had the opportunity to do maternity photos for Brandi and Justin (and big brother Bradley) and then I also got to wait impatiently on the arrival of little Braxton. I always love that moment when I hear that one of the newborns I get to photograph has just been born! I love that I get to be one of the first people to know about the arrival as well :) Braxton came a little bit earlier than his due date but he was beautiful and healthy all the same!

Braxton's Mommy and Daddy are active in the local fire department so I loved it when I saw his nursery all decked out in fire engines and fire helmets! That part of their life was now being carried on to their new part of life - little Braxton.

Braxton was a trooper and so were Mom and Dad. Newborn photos can sometime be stressful and they handled everything so well! Thank-you Justin and Brandi for allowing me the honor to capture this special time in your family's life. I can't wait to watch little Braxton grow up!

I love this one! Even though they are sleep deprived, they still look so in love with each other!

A Mommy, A Daddy & Four Brothers

This past Wednesday, February 1st, the Vanosdale family's life was changed forever. In a great way! Mr. Liam Jace Vanosdale was born to Chris and Mitzi along with big brothers Landon, Connor and Logan.

I have had the opportunity to photograph this family many times and even had a chance to shoot Mitzi's maternity photos right before Christmas. This baby boy was one that was prayed for by many people and I was so honored to photograph him at the hospital.

There were some tears, some laughs and some video game playing - and we came out with some great shots. Thank-you Chris & Mitzi for the opportunity to photograph this special time in your lives. I pray that God continues to bless your sweet family.
